Lovin' on Grandma

Payzlie just can't help but grab a blanket and cuddle up everytime she sees Grandma on the couch. Yesterday the two of them sat on the couch together and laughed and played while Payzlie rubbed her cheeks up against grandma's arms, clapped on her hands and just had fun with her. How fun it is to see these precious moments!

Pat's Story

In March of 2009 Pat was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She successfully underwent the whipple procedure and fought through a few months of chemo and radiation and was able to get rid of the cancer.

In January 2011 she started experiencing unusual back pain and after some bloodwork and pet scans the doctors were sure the cancer had returned. After months of trying to manage her pain and seeing specialists she is now seeing an oncologist who is working quickly and aggressively to slow the growth of the cancer.

As Pat endures this great trial she knows that her Heavenly Father has a plan for her and it's through her faith in Him that she is able to walk this road with great strength and unwaivering faith.
